ESCAPE

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to help@moodscents.net within 3 days of delivery.  These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we haveconfirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

 

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged items.

Order Processing

(*With the EXCEPTION of PRE-ORDER ITEMS.) Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders
placed after 3:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday) and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated
in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

*All candle orders are a flat fee of $7.95, unless a promotion applies for free shipping.

 

Extreme Temperatures

Beeswax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures,
and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with this candle.  (Don't like the scent, don't like the look, etc.) You may return this product for a full refund (minus shipping cost).  *Or you may also exchange (see our exchange policy).

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Item must be unused and in original state.
• Original packaging must be in tact.
• Buyer responsible for return shipping.
• Upon receiving your return, we will promply issue your refund.
