Our mood scents diffuser oils are specially formulated to be water soluble and guaranteed to perform in all diffusers. Whether you use an ultrasonic, nebulizing or reed diffuser, our line of fragrance & essential oil blends will perform superbly in your home or work space.

Our proprietary formulation for our diffuser oils makes them water soluble, so they will perform amazingly well in your ultrasonic diffusers. You will receive evenly distributed aroma from beginning to end. Our product will not float on top of your water base and be dispersed first, like some others. This superior blend contains an incredible combination of essential oils and pure fragrance oils, which has been pre-mixed in a special balanced formula where botanical extracts and pure organic carrier oils are utilized.

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used & custom engraved and custom scented items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to help@moodscents.net within 3 days of delivery. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

Order Processing

Custom Scented items will be shipped within 5 business days. We take pride in our work and take our time to ensure that your custom item is pure perfection before being released for shipping.

(*With the EXCEPTION of LASER ENGRAVED ITEMS.) Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders
placed after 3:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday) and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated
in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.
