We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used & custom engraved and custom scented items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to help@moodscents.net within 3 days of delivery. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up.

*PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING. We are not responsible for spelling errors on custom items. (unless it is our fault.)

Order Processing

Custom Scented items will be shipped within 5 business days. We take pride in our work and take our time to ensure that your custom item is pure perfection before being released for shipping.

(*With the EXCEPTION of LASER ENGRAVED ITEMS.) Items on our website are available and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. We process & ship orders on Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays when the USPS is closed. Orders
placed after 3:00 pm CST will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday) and then shipped.

Items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated
in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date.

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.
Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

*All candle orders are a flat fee of $7.95, unless a promotion applies for free shipping.
